The SmartChip secure reader connects to your computer through the USB port. The program allows you to enter the personal data directly into the card. Once the confidential data is stored on the card it is highly secured and only the owner can access it. The data on the card is protected by a PIN code for maximum security which can be only opened by the PIN pad on the reader.
